Sade is one of the many countries that accepts everyone. We have been listed in the top 5 of the social progress index. There are 3 main factors that are considered as social progresses. These factors are Basic Human Needs, Foundations of wellbeing and Opportunity.
Basic Human Needs
Basic healthcare in Sade is paid by the Government, because it is a basic human need. The government uses some of the tax money to pay for everyone's healthcare, which makes it fair for everyone in the country. Everyone has access to piped water in the city. Everyone that lives in the countryside has access to the river Saint, which is the main production of clean water. There are pipes going into each household and are not made out of lead, as not everyone carries the water themselves to be filtered. All housing in Sade is affordable, because the rent changes depending on your salary. Every building and transport item has solar panels that collect up energy for houses. This makes the energy affordable. People living right next to the river Saint get their electricity from hydropower. Every house also comes with multiple smoke detectors and fire alarms, to keep everyone inside Safe. The only reported case of someone dying in a fire was in 1998, which is when the Government started putting in Fire alarms and smoke detectors into each house. Violent crimes such as homicide are non existent, because the consequences are severe for crimes like that. Everyone in Sade is peaceful and accepting of each other. There are no Traffic deaths in Sade, because no one owns a car. Everyone used either public or a bicycle.
Foundations of Wellbeing
Sade has always been in the top 5 for highest literacy rate. In 2017 the adult literacy rate was 99. 99% of the population have been educated till high school. The drop-out rate is 1 in 100 students and is extremely rare. All children above the age of 7 have to start and stay in the same primary school, but can change schools during high school. Everyone in Sade has access to the internet, and have access to telephone lines. Each house comes with a home phone and a security system, which is internet based. Children have freedom to visit any sites on the internet, as long as they are legal. The average life expectancy is 90 years old, this not counting suicides and diseases. The suicide rate in Sade has always been very low. In 2017 the approximate amount of suicides reached 1,000 people, half of which were children and teens suffering from depression. The air pollution in Sade is almost non-existent, because all of the houses and transports use renewable energy. Wastewater is all filtered a re-used to keep from wasting any of the water. Most of the country is just forest, and the biodiversity inside is large. Lots of animals and rare plants live and survive there (Read more in Geography).
Opportunity
Each citizen in Sade has the right to a freedom of speech. This, however, does not include racist slurs that people think they have the right to say. The oldest child has the right to their parents property when they die. Early marriage is illegal in Sade even if they are part of a certain religion. Everyone, including homosexuals, are legal in Sade. They can get married, adopt children and even have the same name. Crimes against children cause a severe punishment (Read More in Judicial System).
